Without Trunk Floor Spacer


NOTE:
  • Put on gloves to protect your hands.
  • Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
  • When prying components, use the handy remover set or equivalent.

1.With fixed type rear seat: Remove the seat-back.

2.With fold down type rear seat: Fold the rear seat-back forward.

3.Pull back the front portion of the spare tyre lid (A), and detach the clips.

 

4.Remove the spare tyre lid (A).

 

5.Remove the trunk lid weatherstrip near the trunk rear trim panel.

6.Detach the clips, and release the hooks (A) by pulling the trunk rear trim panel (B) up, then remove it.

 

7.Remove the clips (A, B), then remove the trunk side trim panel (C). Release the wire harness (D) from the slit (E) in the trim panel.

 

8.If necessary, remove the trunk fool box (A).

 

9.Install the trim in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

  • Check for damaged or stress-whitened clips, and if necessary, replace them with new ones.
  • Push the clips into place securely.
