EGR Cooler/EGR Valve Replacement

1.Remove the engine cover.

2.Drain the engine coolant.

3.Remove the bolts, then move the expansion tank.

NOTE: Do not disconnect the lines.

4.Remove the oil level gauge bolt (A). Remove the nuts, and the EGR pipes (B) and EGR valve (C).

NOTE: When installing the EGR pipe, replace the gaskets (D).


5.Disconnect the hose (A).


6.Remove the bolts, and the EGR cooler (B).

7.Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal with the new O-ring (C) and gasket (D), then refill the radiator with engine coolant.
