Remove the blower fan. (See Removal And Installation on Page 70-130-1.)
Remove the expansion valve. (See Removal And Installation on Page 70-100-1.)
Remove the heater coil. (See Removal And Installation on Page 70-120-1.)
Remove the four bolts (Item 1) and cover (Item 2) [Figure 70-110-1].
Disconnect the wire harness (Item 1) [Figure 70-110-2].
Remove the clips (Item 1) [Figure 70-110-3].
Remove the evaporator (Item 1) [Figure 70-110-4].
Remove the sending unit (Item 1) [Figure 70-110-5] from the evaporator line.
Inspect the evaporator coil for leaks, and replace as needed.
Clean with low water or air pressure.
