Remove the retainer nut (Item 1) [Figure 20-21-7] and bolt from the base end pivot pin.
Installation: Tighten the retainer nut and bolt to 25 – 28 ft.-lb. (34 – 38 Nโขm) torque.
Remove the base end pivot pin (Item 1) [Figure 20-21-8].
Remove the tilt cylinder from the loader.
