Remove the fitting (Item 1) [Figure 20-40-19] from the check valve.
Remove the lift load check valve (Item 2) [Figure 20-40-19].
Installation: Lubricate the O-ring and tighten the valve to 55 – 65 ft.-lb. (75 – 88 Nโขm) torque.
Remove and install new O-rings (Item 1) and back-up ring (Item 2) [Figure 20-40-20].
Check for free movement of the load check valve (Item 1) [Figure 20-40-21].
